Your tasks

  • Establishing and securing a long-term, cooperative and trustful business relationship with all assigned corporate clients, mainly made of Italian subsidiaries of international clients, including identification of value added earnings potential and acquisition of new addresses.
  • Coordinating of all sales-oriented activities at the client with needs-based integration of product specialists and ensuring access to customers and information exchange, including the collection and processing of customer information and contacts, taking into account all necessary data quality aspects by using the IT systems and applications made available to the RM by the bank.
  • Developing of a detailed understanding of the client’s business model, incl. the markets in which it is active, the products it both sells and uses, mapping these to the complete product portfolio of the bank, sharing the knowledge and information with colleagues in the various product areas aiming to optimize revenue generation and a lasting relationship.
  • Entering into strategic dialogue with the customer generating / increasing income for the bank. Accordingly, business plans for each local client considering client needs, business potential and appropriate risk allocation will be undertaken.

 

  • Being responsible for achieving targets (e.g. revenue, cross-sell and client growth) set by the responsible Head of Country Desk by:

                 -   monitoring customers intensively and in a timely manner in respect of their business policy at all levels of the company (using the manager’s own contacts and information, delivered via the customer service team) so that this information can be evaluated in the team and a joint response can be made, if required,

                 -   monitoring and reviewing local client relationships, their operations, exposures / risks and the markets in which clients operate,

                -   monitoring and reviewing client relationships and transactions to ensure the fulfillment of Commerzbank Compliance standards and guidelines.

  • Taking into account all necessary data quality aspects by using the IT systems and applications made available by the bank.

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master Degree from University in Business Administration / Economics or other relevant disciplines or technical college
  • Already gained a sound professional experience (min. 7-10 years)
  • Proof of adequate qualifications
  • General business knowledge of the sector
  • Deep knowledge of the Italian corporates market and wide local network
  • Data protection requirements when working with IT in the area of responsibility
  • Italian native speaker and German + English at a good level
  • Great team player and willing to work in an international environment
  • Proficient in using MS Office
  • Distinctive analytical and organizational skills
