The Senior Associate Sales Support/Client Service CTS is responsible for the autonomous, specialized support for all the technical/administrative business of services of Cash Management and International Business with corporate customers. Support/administration shall be provided with due consideration of the customer’s specific needs and the Bank’s operational requirements, as well as in close cooperation with the responsible sales staff, whom it supports for any problems or questions which may arise.

His/her field of responsibility contains furthermore the technical and contractual processing for the use of the product services. He/she supervises the contracts agreed upon customers according to the technical realization. He/she is in close contact with customers and is able to immediately reply to customers regarding questions of their daily CTS-business.

Duties revolve around the following:

  • Support for the CTS-advisor in the sales process
  • Advice on contracts and providing technical solutions with CTS-advisors, relationship managers in corporate banking and corporate customers
  • Drawing up of contracts, sending and checking contracts upon return
  • As far as possible, independent handling of non-technical customer inquiries and complaints relating to CTS products and forwarding to the responsible units
  • Arranging and coordinating business meetings with corporate customers and potential customers on behalf of the responsible CTS advisor
  • Receipt of orders for CTS products and clarification of order details
  • Providing information and advice on transactions in foreign and domestic payment transactions
  • Responsible for a certain group of customers
  • He/she helps young employees and may be required to act as a speaker within the framework of the bank’s qualification measures.
  • Completed commercial training (e.g. as a banker), preferably supplemented by a qualification as a fully trained banking specialist.
  • Many years of experience in the area of Sales Support/Client Service
  • Knowledge of national and international transaction management, documentary and guarantee business, value-added services, as well as foreign exchange trading
  • Knowledge of computers and networks, as well as of operating systems, databanks and remote data transmission systems, word, excel etc.
  • Knowledge of the regulations, directives and business processes in the sphere of activity.
  • Ability to speak and write fluently English and German. Some knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
  • You are very service minded, flexible, creative and pro-active. Furthermore you have the ability to find solutions for problems raised. You are sales minded and have excellent social and communicative skills.
