Our cluster Digital Banking Solutions delivers client-focused Digital Banking products and services. One of these products is PSD2, which provisions standardized and reliable API to payment accounts, and makes it possible to identify third-party payment service providers in a secure way and secures all related communication between all parties involved. This API provides third parties with an account information services and payment functionality – currently more than 12 million monthly calls, and still climbing. In a greenfield project, our Prague team is building proprietary PSD2 solution using the modern tech stack, that will allow us to scale the PSD2 features. And in the near future, we will be working on further exciting Open Banking & Finance initiatives.
Your tasks
- Developing new features for our PSD2 solution
- Integrating backend systems from the Commerzbank IT landscape to realize the functionality of our own application.
- Designing and developing solutions for complex business requirements and business data objects of the digital finance functionalities and processes. Of course, you will be supported by the business analysts and other developers of the team.
- Participating in code reviews amongst the team.
- Supporting incident resolution and bug fixing and supporting the test and development team.
- Working in an agile team setup, the team includes business analysts, architects, developers and application operation experts.
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro) using MS Teams or in person.
Your profile
Technical:
- Java, J2EE; Java Frameworks Spring or similar.
- Development of REST API.
- Web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript React
- Cloud technologies (like Azure) and CI/CD.
- Object-oriented analysis and design/architecture.
- Secure Coding Practices.
Other skills and experience:
- Responsibility and acting proactive.
- Analytical thinking with attention to details and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Good team player with high ability to work in international teams.
